Movement, with room for you

A few good pieces.
Plenty of ways to begin.

At WALITO, our collection brings together equipment for a mat at home, a familiar gym station and the bag you take between them. Start with what you want to do. We help you understand what each piece brings to the session.

01 / A format for the movement

Choose a clear role.

A loop provides elastic resistance around the legs. A cable cuff connects to a machine. A ring gives mat work a different contact point. Our range lets you make those choices separately, so each addition has a purpose in your routine.

02 / Details you can compare

Know what you are holding.

From a three-inch-wide fabric loop to a padded handle with a metal D-ring, construction changes the experience of using the equipment. We show the materials, dimensions and contents that help you compare one option with another.

03 / A kit that stays manageable

Bring what you will use.

Three band levels can share a small bag. A sectional Pilates bar comes apart for storage. Several gym accessories can travel together while serving different exercises. Choose the pieces your session needs and keep their instructions close.

Look closer at the construction

The material makes a difference.

A band’s shape is only the beginning. The surface against your skin, the length in your hands and the fastening at a cable station are all useful details to understand before choosing.

Fabric, with grip on the inside.

Our fabric loops combine a woven poly-cotton-latex body with inner rubber grip strips. All three levels have the same laid-flat dimensions, so changing from aqua to pink or purple changes the resistance choice without changing the loop size. The three-inch width gives the band a broad contact surface.

Contains latex. Fabric construction does not mean latex-free.

Open bands with working length.

The pink and blue stretch sets use TPE in an open, flat format. Each band is five feet long before stretching, with two free ends to hold as the exercise guide describes. Keep the working length and grip consistent when comparing levels; shortening the free length changes the setup.

Padding where you make contact.

Foam covers our ABS-core cable handles, neoprene lines the ankle cuffs, and the barbell pad uses contoured foam. Each has a different job. Rings, webbing and closures connect those contact surfaces to the appropriate equipment, so fit and construction deserve the same attention as color.

Make the choice simpler

Which format fits your plan?

Start with the movement and the equipment already available to you. This comparison separates pieces that supply resistance from those that connect, cushion or give you a different way to hold a system.

On a small screen, scroll the comparison sideways to see every column.

Find your WALITO format
Format What it gives you Start here when…
Fabric loop Short closed band; three resistance levels Your exercise uses a band around the legs
Open stretch band Five feet of flat TPE with free ends You need working length and a direct hand grip
Cable attachment Padded handles or adjustable ankle cuffs You already have compatible resistance equipment
Pilates kit A bar, ring or pedal system with its listed accessories You want to build around a particular main piece
Lifting accessory A barbell pad set or leather palm-flap grips You need a specific contact surface or grip format

Choose the level for the exercise.

Light, medium and heavy identify choices within a set. A level that works for your legs may not suit an arm movement. Begin with a version you can control, then judge the whole repetition, including the return, before changing the challenge.

Compare useful pieces, not just totals.

A bag, a ball and a resistance band do different jobs. Check the full contents against what you already own. If you mainly want a ring, begin with the ring kit; if you want a bar to hold, compare the sectional bar system.

At home

A mat and a clear plan.

A ring, mini ball or a few bands can be stored between sessions without giving over a whole room to equipment. Begin with the component your exercise uses, leave enough clear space for the full movement and keep unused pieces out of the way.

Bring the right attachment.

When the gym supplies a cable machine or bar, your bag can focus on the contact points. A padded cuff, handle or correctly fitted barbell pad serves a particular setup. Check the facility’s equipment and personal-accessory rules before choosing.

The WALITO approach

Equipment you understand.
A routine you can make your own.

Our collection starts with practical differences. Some pieces add elastic resistance. Others help you connect to a gym machine, change the contact surface around a bar or introduce a ring into mat work. We bring those formats together so you can build a kit around your own setting and preferred exercises.

That is why we give the details room: photographs of the individual pieces, materials you can compare, dimensions where they are established and clear contents lists. A matching color can be a welcome finishing touch, but the equipment’s role comes first.

We also make room for learning. Our guides explain band formats, a repeatable home session and the separate jobs of lower-body accessories. Use them to make a considered choice, then follow the instructions supplied with the equipment you bring into your routine.

Give the equipment a place in your week

From choosing a kit to using it.

A useful routine begins with familiar movements and a setup you can repeat. These examples show how the equipment fits into that plan. Use the linked guides for more context and the product’s instructions for its exact arrangement.

01 / Lower-body band work

A loop for side steps or a bridge.

Our short fabric loops add resistance as the legs move apart in suitable variations. Learn the movement first, then use the placement described in the guide. Keep the loop flat and choose a level that lets you maintain the intended range and return.

02 / A longer working band

An open band for a familiar pull.

A five-foot strip gives you free ends and more working length than a short loop. Follow the supplied instructions for the grip and permitted arrangement. A row needs a defined setup; a cable handle should not be clipped onto an open strip without a designed attachment point.

03 / A session you can repeat

Write down one useful detail.

Record the exercise, band level and completed work, along with a setup note that matters next time. Keep the same arrangement while you learn it, then change one variable deliberately. Our home guide includes a sample planning card and a fictional log to show how this can work.

More help from WALITO ↗
Which WALITO resistance bands should I choose first?

Start with the shape your planned exercise needs. Our short fabric loops work around the legs in suitable lower-body movements. The five-foot flat bands have open ends for direct hand contact. A Pilates bar uses its own tube system. Compare the format before choosing a resistance level or color.

What makes the fabric loops different from open flat bands?

The fabric set contains three closed loops with the same 14.4-inch laid-flat length and 3-inch width. A woven body and inner rubber grip form the contact surface. Our stretch sets contain three open TPE bands, each five feet long before stretching. Their shapes, materials and working lengths suit different arrangements.

Are WALITO fabric bands latex-free?

No. The fabric loops use a poly-cotton-latex mix. Natural latex is also present in the Pilates Bar Kit and Pedal Pilates Kit. The five-foot flat sets specify TPE, but do not assume that every component of another kit has the same material. If avoiding latex is essential, check the exact product before choosing.

How do light, medium and heavy levels work?

Use the level markings within your set. A band that works for one exercise may be too strong for another. Choose resistance that lets you control the intended movement and return. Elastic force changes as the band stretches, so a nominal label is not a constant dumbbell weight or a safe-load rating.

Do ankle cuffs and handles include resistance bands?

The cable cuff and handle pairs shown here are attachments for compatible equipment. The machine or suitable resistance system supplies the load. Handles include two connecting clips; the cuff pages describe their ring connections. Read the contents for the exact pair and check your equipment before ordering.

What is the difference between the Pilates kits?

The bar kit includes a three-section steel bar and four latex tubes. The ring kit centers on a 13-inch padded ring and adds a ball and several band formats. The pedal kit uses an adjustable handle-and-foot-loop system with separate accessories. Choose the main piece you want, then compare the contents for items you already own.

Will the barbell pad or cable cuff fit my gym equipment?

Fit depends on the actual bar, cuff, connector and intended exercise. Check the product details and the equipment instructions; ask gym staff when the connection is unfamiliar. A ring fitting inside a clip is only part of the check. Padding and adjustable fastening do not establish universal compatibility.

Can I wash the whole kit together?

Follow the care directions supplied with each product. A mixed kit can contain elastic material, fabric, foam, leather and metal, which need different treatment. Inspect the pieces before use, allow damp equipment to dry as directed and keep loose hardware away from elastic bands in storage.
